COACHING AKASHIQUE
Holistic support

Energy healer, coach, and traine

Specializing in holistic body and mind support, I use recovery and relaxation techniques inspired by Californian massage and essential oil bodywork (working on meridians and reflex points: back, feet, and hands – AromaTouch method).

My side dishes

Sportspeople and athletes looking to optimise recovery, prevent muscle tension, improve stress management and support their physical and mental performance

Osteopathy is a global manual therapeutic approach that takes into account the athlete’s entire body, training demands, and imbalances related to physical activity.

Through precise techniques, I work on areas of reduced mobility to help release tissue tension. This helps restore better joint mobility, reduce pain, and support recovery

The goal is also to optimize fluid circulation (blood and lymph), in order to better nourish tissues, accelerate recovery processes, and improve the body’s overall functionality in movement and performance.

I tailor each session to the body’s needs and individual goals: sports recovery, deep muscle relaxation, release of tension, drainage, stimulation, or toning.

Before each massage, a consultation is carried out to identify your needs (training load, fatigue, areas of tension, recovery goals). This allows me to adjust the pace, pressure, and techniques in order to optimize the effects of the treatment.

The massages offered support recovery, help reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and contribute to better physical readiness.

Reflexologist

I support you during this sporting event to promote well-being and recovery.

I work with athletes and the general public to relieve tension, calm the nervous system, and support recovery, before or after physical effort

Reflexology, through the stimulation of reflex areas (feet, hands, face, ears), helps stimulate circulation and relax the body.

Each session is short, targeted, and tailored to your needs: recovery, stress management, or simply a moment of relaxation.

Reflexologist

I am working at these international championships to support athletes in their recovery and stress management.

I offer targeted sessions: massages from the feet to the calves or from the hands to the shoulders, stimulating reflex zones to promote relaxation, circulation, and recovery.

Each session is short and tailored to individual needs, before or after physical exertion.

Certified massage practitioner

I work in the wellness area of the European Championships to support athletes in their preparation and recovery.

I offer targeted interventions:

  • muscle recovery massage
  • relaxation and stress-relief massage

Each short, personalized session aims to relieve tension, promote muscle recovery, and optimize overall well-being, before or after physical exertion

Naturopath

I work in the wellness area of the European Championships to support athletes in their recovery and balance.

With over 10 years of experience, I offer targeted interventions: slow, deep massages, relaxation techniques, and energy balancing methods, tailored to the demands of competition.

Each session is short, personalized, and aims to relieve tension, support recovery, and promote overall well-being.

Reflexologist

Within the European Championships wellness area, I offer athletes techniques derived from reflexology (foot, hand, facial, cranio-dorsal), as well as massages inspired by tuina and chi nei tsang.

These approaches, derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine, aim to promote physical and psycho-emotional balance, support recovery, and help the body cope with the demands of competition.

Each session is short, targeted, and adapted to the needs of the moment, providing relaxation, release, and re-centering before or after physical exertion.

Fasciatherapy

Trained as a nurse, Armelle Cassien specializes in fasciatherapy, a gentle manual approach that helps the body release tension and regain mobility.

She works in particular with athletes on pain management, muscle recovery, as well as stress and anxiety reduction.

Her individualized treatments are particularly well suited to the demands of competition.

Well-being therapist

Specializing in combined reflexology, I offer full sessions working on different areas of the body (back, face/scalp, ears, hands, arms, and feet), performed on a massage table for overall relaxation

I also practice Amma massage, a seated chair massage that is particularly effective for quickly releasing muscle tension, especially in the back.
